Just be is not only a tea company, it's a community.
With all the technology we have today our world seems to be more omnipresent, yet somehow more impersonal, and developing genuine connections has become a hardship for many people. Despite theses circumstances, we believe in the power of community and that connecting with others is a great way to fill up your cup. Through our events we try to create a space for you to do just that by providing a safe, intimate environment where people can show up as their authentic selves and come together to establish genuine connections, while learning about self-care and self-development. Come as you are, we welcome you with open arms and a hot cup of tea!
Don't worry, we're not letting the current state of our country stop us from creating community! We're doing our best to provide a variety of safe options for you to connect with others, while we take a pause from in person events. Because let's be real, we could all use a little laughter and support during these uncertain times! Follow us on instagram to chat with us over LIVE, join our chat room on Discord, share your thoughts on our blog, and subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest on our virtual events! We look forward to seeing you (via technology) and chatting with you!InstagramBlogChat Room
Just Juice | July 2020
Senta Brunson, owner of Juice 4 You, says "a healthy outside starts inside," and we agree 100%! So to kick off our summer in the right direction we collaborated with Juice 4 You for our first virtual event 'Just Juice' to talk all things juicing and wellness! Senta explained the process of juicing with a demonstration and explained how important it is to understand what your body needs. In true Just Be fashion, we also got deep around the conversation topic of Self Love vs. Self Toleration. This super informative event ended with the announcement of our special Just Be x Juice 4 You collaboration - our new Just Chill raw juice blend with tea!
Vision Board Party | Jan 2020
The beginning of the year is the perfect time to reassess your short and long term goals for your life so our Just Be community gathered for a Vision Board party. The event was at Parlor Den, a modern "Cocktail Den and Social Club" in downtown Atlanta. Good music, specialty tea cocktails, and positive conversation was the best way to bring in the new year for us. There were giveaways and photo booth. We had a great time setting intentional goals for ourselves with our community!
Coping Skills | Nov 2019
At our Coping Skills event the Just Be community spent the afternoon filling our cups with hot tea and talking with licensed therapist on how to fill our cup with healthy coping skills! The event took place at Herb'n Eden, a black-owned all-natural bath and body shop, so we had the opportunity to purchase some great products for our skin as well! Through this event we learned that coping looks differently for everyone, and that having healthy coping skills requires us to address the root of our problems so that we are able to understand our triggers, begin the healing process, and put an end to any negative cycles! It was nice to have real, vulnerable conversation in a safe space.
