Tips for a great cold brew iced tea:
- Double the amount of tea you typically steep. (1 tsp per 8 oz of water is usually recommended, but for iced tea use 2 tsp per 8 oz of water.)
- Make sure to make a simple syrup or add sweetener before you add the ice.
- For the strongest flavors, steep overnight.
- Adding lemon juice or natural fruit flavors will definitely enhance the experience!
